Folsom Auction Service, Inc.  Complete settlement day of auction.  A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged with cash or approved check, credit cards accepted with 12% buyer’s premium.  Everything sold “as is, where is”, all sales final.  Everything sold for immediate removal except asphalt.  Announcements sale day supersede all other advertisements.
